My Beardie won't eat his locusts

My bearded dragon is about 3 years old, we've only had him 3 and a half weeks (although he settled really well after 1 week) we got him a new bigger viv 10 days ago. Since then he hasn't ate any of his locusts (he used to eat at least 1 per day once he settled). He is relaxed and settled in, active as usual but not eating his bugs, but I think he is eating his greens. I'm a new owner and any help would be great, thank you!

At three years old, you do not want him to eat too many bugs, because they can possibly cause gout. His diet should be roughly 80% greens/ 20% bugs
