My Beardie will only eat Watercress

So my Bearded Dragon, Professor Crumpet, got ill a couple of months ago. I took her to the vets and she was given medicine. She has since got better but now the only salad she will eat is watercress. She ears her live prey absolutely fine but won't pay any attention to her greens other than watercress. I've tried absolutely every food safe for beardies but she's just not interested.
I dust the watercress with Arcvits so she is getting some of her vitamins and minerals that she should be having but obviously only eating one type of veg isn't ideal. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Have you tried mixing other greens in with the watercress? I will also sometimes put my dragons live food on top of his salad so he gets both in most bites...

I don't really know how to fix the problem, but that was a very cute video :lol:

Yeah occasionally I can "trick" her into eating other stuff like that but I don't think it's enough.
I've had it suggested to me that I should only offer her other (not watercress) foods until she gets really hungry and just eats it. That sounds cruel though, what do you guys think?

If She looks like she was healthy enough she could skip a couple days if you want to try tough love. It's not cruel to go a day or two without food at all for an adult if they are healthy. If you offer other options then it's her own fault for being stubborn, She won't starve herself. Keep the feeders for evening or hold off a day or two if you try that so she doesn't just eat up the bugs and skip the greens all together.
You could give a salad with a couple bites of watercress for flavor/smell and mostly something else. Collards and kale go over well for me, though some people report dragons getting upset stomachs from kale I haven't had a problem. Butternut squash as well is an enticing one.

Your video is cute! She got it all over her face. I wish pepper would let me watch him eat his greens. He sees me and spits them out and runs off.
