yes the reptisun 10.0 is sufficient, its the best tube you can get, you definitely need to provide him with uvb.

I just realized I was checking the temp wrong, its actually more like 38C (100F) in the basking spot, the temperature gauge was not in her basking spot. Haha oops. Thank you for the help though. I am also not giong to worry about the whistle until I hear it again and can record the circumstances that I hear it under.
