During his bath today, my juvie beardie's midsection got a lot bigger. The water temp and everything was fine. When I took him out, he prolly doubled his body mass around his belly for about a minute. I thought it was something they do when they're mad but he had no hint of a black beard (I don't think, he's never black bearded in the 6 months I've had him). After a bit, he shrunk down to normal size and everything was normal after that.

He got so plump though, he was huge! Soooo confused...

Someone else from Calgary! Huzzah! :p My beardies always do this in the water. Nothin to worry about, just some survival instincts.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
