My beardie needs to go on a diet, I need help :(

Hey guys!
I have an adult male bearded dragon. Or at least I think hes a male.
Weve had him for at least 4 years..and hes recently been puttin on the pounds..quite a bit Im starting to get worried.
Hes not like EXTREMELY fat, but I worry cuz he only eats worms and I know thats not healthy. He just wont eat lettuce tho Or anything. He will lick it, but he actually pushes it out of his mouth. Each feeding is a pain for me. Hes also not active at all..
He grown big boobs recently hanging down, at first I freaked out I thought of cancer but they r so soft, like hanging skin :/
Does anyone have any ideas for me?
Also how often should an adult really need to eat? What about how often to drink water?

Hi there thanks for the reply! I only have on bearded dragon.
He only eats those mealworms..He doesnt eat everyday. Probably every few days (2 or 3 days) and then hell eat like 6 or 7 worms. these are the really big mealworms. The biggest size I believe. Ill submit some pics now as soon as I figure out how too hhaha

its a little hard to see, but he doesn't look too fat to me. have you tried feeding any greens other than lettuce? like dandelion greens, collard greens, bok choy? have you tried squash? Lettuce and mealworms are not too good for BDs.

I tried feeding him fruits but he just doesnt like them. I have to kinda make it go in this mouth but even then he eats a piece and turns his head away from me. Ill be so happy if he isnt too fat. I guess i also just worry cuz he doesnt run around anymore. Thanks for the info! Ill try the things you said!
