Yes, impactions can be deceptive though. They can still go to the bathroom, but have an impaction just not a full blockage. Since she is an adult, things can pass through a little better than with youngsters which get blocked up much easier.
She looks good & very happy in the picture, too.
The playsand can be ingested also, but wont clump up like the calcium based sand. Just be sure she doesn't ingest it also. Is she taking in enough calcium too?
