My beardie is spazzing out and knocking stuff over?

My beardie has only today been running around his tank knocking his decorations and stuff over and spazzing out. The past few days he has been sleeping a lot (Its winter) and today he has shed around is face... maybe he is spazzing out because he's trying to get it off? Anyway, I just am wondering if he is sick or this is just normal? I found him laying over in the corner (where the heat pad is) like this:

Face sheds can definitely make them upset for a while. Hopefully he will calm back down when the shed is complete. Sometimes they just go through really active phases like that too.

Thanks! He got better now, but he also kinda sleeps all day? It might be from hibernation I don't know but it isn't very cold where I am. (It got to 66 Fahrenheit the other day) Anyway, thanks for the help.

Their brumation doesn't appear to be directly related to the outside weather. I'm not exactly sure what triggers it. I'd keep his lights on the same schedule, keep food available, and track his weight. If his weight is stable then I'd just let him do his thing.
