My beardie is not acting normal, not eating and hiding alot.

So I come home to find out that my beardie is not eating. This morning I fed him two large crickets before I left for school and he ate them. I come home and he is not eating his dinner and the crickets are all over him. he has been hiding for the past few days. He is a presumed male, and 15-16 inches long. His temps are alright but his uvb is 6months old so I replaced it just now hoping it helps. I use a Reptisun 10.0 T8 18inch flourescent uvb. Is he okay?

Hi. How old is he? What are the temps and how do you take them? What kind of basking lights do you use?

He is 9 months old. I use a repti basking spot lamp 75 watt. His temp is 95 degrees and we use a temp gun that my dad often brings from work. I heard that he might be brumating. Is this possible?

He might be slowing down. Also do you take his basking temps on the basking spot? 95 is too cold it needs to be at least 100 for him to be able too digest his food

What do you mean by slowing down?

Its not full brumation. It just means that cuz of the cooler weather he just doesn't eat as much or poop. You still need to raise the basking temp and that might bring him more to life.
