My Beardie has suddenly got really bad stress marks :(

Im Really not sure about the cause of these Sudden Stress marks. As you can see above the picture isn't brilliant because she is trying to hide from me, but earlier she was puffing her beard out, and her belly and beard went Dark grey/ Black.
I recently changed the substrate from wood chips to repti carpet, i read an article when i first got her which said that they might not be happy when their habitat is suddenly changed. I don't know If that is the problem, however ive had the carpet in their for 2 weeks now and its only been the past 3 days where it has been bad.

Over the past 3 days, only today has she started to become aggresive, the previous 2 days she acted as if she was scared of me, yesterday i got out of bed and she was sitting on her log staring at me, so I opened the glass door, and put a tiny bit of my hand in the vivarium and she immediately jumped in the corner behind the log and the vine.

Id be really grateful is somebody explained the reasoning for this, as I really want to avoid going to the vets as its like £125 just to get her seen.

Has your dragon been pooing? How often?
Whats the daily diet look like?

What are the temps in your tank?
How are you measuring them?
What uvb bulb do you have and how close can your dragon get to it?

(1) Has your dragon been pooing? How often?: Yes, Every other day She never seems to want to go to the toilet in her vivarium though
(2) Whats the daily diet look like? I prepare a new salad of Butternut Squash and kale ever day, she only eats the butternut squash though.

(3) What are the temps in your tank? 80-85C Cool Side 95-100 Hot Side 100+ Basking Side
(4) How are you measuring them? Thermometer Stick
(5) What uvb bulb do you have and how close can your dragon get to it? Reptiglo 10.0, getting a Reptisun as soon as i can afford it Um, im not sure i has vines at the top right which is directly to the top, however when i changed around the objects inside she has stopped climed to top to sleep. Now I guess because its a strip light she's about 3.5 inches away from it whilst she is basking and on the cool side shes about 2.5 inches away.

Do you feed any live food?

That good that you are getting the reptisun 10.0 tube, you should see a difference with it.
