My Beardie ate a fly!!

I had my beardie outside in his critter keeper and I have no idea HOW the fly got in there but it did and before I could get it out, he ate it. Is this going to harm him? Should I take be worried? I'm kind of freaking out here

you know i thought the same thing, but after much research and talking with my vet i found the answer is a no, they can eat many things that fly, crawl outside such as ants, flys some worms and such as long as it doesnt have a stinger such as bees you are good, i even have seen videos where people have feed their beardies a dragon fly but i dont see much of them in my area
