So this is Loki and her 40 gallon breeder tank environment. It's still a little plain looking, but over the next few months I might buy her a hammock or something else to go in there. Hopefully sometime in the future I'll be able to get her a larger setup. I had the coil UVB but have recently switched to the Reptisun 10.0 T8 tube which I mounted inside the tank instead of having it on the outside sitting on top of the mesh lid like I used to have. My basking bulb is a 150w (can't remember the brand but bought it at the pet store). I probably didn't need that high wattage of a bulb, but didn't figure that out until after I got home and started using it. So since it put out more heat than what I needed I hung the light on a light stand and raised it up a little bit. The temp on top of her basking area measures at about 106-108...and that's measured with a temp gun 
In the pic I still have the crappy little dial thermometer stuck to the wall of the tank, but I don't use that anymore since those are so inaccurate. Let me know what you think. Is there anything else that you would recommend?
