My bearded dragon has been brumating for a long time.

I'm new to beardies so obviously worried, he started going down towards the end of august and was eating less and less. Well since september he has barely eaten and is stubbornly sleeping in his hide. I've been taking him out once a week or so for baths and offering him crickets but he still refuses to return to a normal routine. He looks like he has fat on him (i was fattening him up with waxworms before this happened lol) but i'm worried he will get mbd. Any advice on how to get him to start waking up?

Have you gone over your set up before? It would help us out.

How old is your dragon?
How long have you had your dragon?
How long is your dragon?
What is the sex of your dragon?
What size enclosure do you have your dragon in?
What type substrate do you have on the bottom of your tank?
Do you use UVB lights?
If so, Is it a coil, compact, fluorescent tube, or Mercury Vapor bulb?
What is the brand name and number of your bulb? Wattage (if MVB)?
How old is your UVB bulb?
How close can your dragon get to the UVB?
Do you use a separate basking bulb? What kind and what is the wattage? Is it a white or colored bulb?
Di you have any type of night time heat source (ceramic heat emitter, colored bulb, etc)?
How long are lights on each day?
What are the basking temps?
What is the cool side temp?
What is the night time temp?
Do you take the temps with a stick on thermometer, a digital thermometer with a wire and a probe end or a temp gun?
Where exactly are you taking your basking temps?
Do you use a heat rock or heat pad?
What do you feed your dragon? Please be specific.
How often do you feed and what time do you feed (morning, afternoon, night)?
Do you gutload (feed) your crickets, worms, etc?
Do you use vitamin or calcium supplements? What brand(s)? How many days a week do you use each of them?
Is your dragon having regular bowel movements (poops)?
Do you bathe your dragon? How often?
Do you mist your dragon or offer water other than in the bath?
Have you gotten a vet check and fecal done?
Does your dragon share an enclosure with another dragon?

My vet said the set up was fine but here I go.
He is over 1 years old was born around 21th nov 2011
Had him since end of feb last year
Male (2bumps)
40gallon with sliding doors
repti carpet (lol wanted tiles but mum too lazy to buy em)
uvb is reptiglo 10% fluorescent tube , needs replacing in march (had for 6 months), plan on getting arcadia 12% cause it's better but the pet shop only sold the glo so i'm going to have to order it... fyi I live in the uk so it's freezing outside.
bulb is uk bulb 75w komodo for desert reps does not give off uvb
uvb 12 inches away from basking spot
no night time heat because it stays above 21c
lights on about 10 hours
basking spot ranges from 34-36c but it gets up to 43 in the summer. He won't stay on it long enough to digest anything or warm up :/
cool side is 27-30
23c
probe therms
under the lamp
no heat rocks or pads
morios, crickets, locusts and rocket/watercress. fyi he hates crickets so i mostly stick with morios
I do gutload them, obviously not as much lately though cause he hasn't been eating.
water bowl and i syringe feed him water if I think he looks dehydrated (once a week maybe)
i use reptavite with d3
I bathe him once a week
he hasn't pooped for so long...2-3months maybe more. This is my main concern as he probably has food in his belly.
vet check last year (8months ago) said he was parasite free
He is on his own.
That's it, if you can think of anymore questions ask them

The big things is that he isn't really getting enough UVB, if any. If the UVB is going through a screen top, more than 50% is getting filtered out. Also, the ReptiGlo is really bad for them - I would get the Arcadia as soon as you can. Once you do, you should mount it in the tank, 10-12 inches from the basking spot. I think part of why he is sleeping so much is that it isn't hot enough by a country mile! It needs to be at LEAST 36C on the basking spot, and really should be at around 40C. If it is too cold, plus cold outside, it will keep him brumating for longer, most likely. By the same token, though, 43C is much too hot in the summer now that your dragon is getting towards adulthood. It should really be in the 38 to 40C range. Other things - take out the water bowl - it just raises humidity. He should be getting 2-3 baths a week once he wakes up. How often do you use the ReptiVite?

I feel kinda guilty I hardly use it lately because he hasn't been eating, I don't dust his salad but I normally dust his food. On the plus side I took his hide out today and put a hotter bulb in (100w) and the temp rose to 37c. He managed to stay awake/bask till about 3 then he went back to sleep under his rock/plants. He also did a bowel movement after I fed him one superworm (dusted) I couldn't coax him to eat anything else though like his salad but he'll normally take a bite or 2. I also ordered the arcadia 12% last night along with dubai roaches (I plan on breeding them though so for now he's going to have to stick with supers/locusts). I think going by what you said I'll have to switch the bulbs when it gets too hot and vice-versa.
Edit - Just found out the sides of his top lips are dented, is this a sign of mbd?! :( or am i just being paranoid.

My guess is dehydration on the lips. Could you post a picture? Also, you can get a dimmer switch for the basking light you don't have to monitor and switch it out all the time.

Well I bathed him and he drank so much, Wow. I only bathed him last week but I think I'll do it more often (haven't had much of a chance cause we're having the upstairs bathroom and walls of the house done). Here's pics

Haha I'm wondering if I'm just being paranoid but I do worry about him, normally he's more citrus but he's got loads of stress marks!

Looks pretty healthy to me! Like I said, maybe just a bit of dehydration. :) Looks like he's waking up finally too.

Ah thank you put my mind at rest! I think the stress marks may in part be due to the noise in the bathroom.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
