My Baby Bearded Dragon (PLZ HELP)

Hey guys,
My name is Sean and I am new to this forum.. lol.
I had 2 collared lizards before but I started to read a lot about the Bearded Dragons and I just had to get a baby
So I've had him for maybe a week in a half maybe even 2 weeks now and.. theres a problem
I can pick him up SOMETIMES for maybe a period of 3 minutes (if that) but other then that he will run and go crazy and open his mouth at me and the buttom of his mouth will like.. puff out.
Also sometimes when he runs I can somehow get him but only pet him for a bit to try and calm him down and I do this for about a minute or two to try and calm him down then i slowly move to his side to try and scoop him up (he gets pushed abit when i am trying to scoop him up) and Im guessing as soon as he gets pushed abit he will start to run again and not let me pick him up
I really want to pick him up a lot and be able to hold him as a baby so when he is older he will already like me and be tame with me so he wont get angry, so PLEASE someone help me and give me some advice on how to calm him down naturally so he wont even run from me and let me pick him up right away.
BTW My little guys name is KYE and I have some pictures underneath of him just to.. show what he looks like?

first i wnat to say that hes adorable and my two small beardies do it when there that small they get scared start by just pitting your hand by him dont try to pick him up just put your hand by him so he gets use to it and know your not gonna hurt him do this a couple times a day for a couple days then start petting him a lil bit for a couple days then start picking him up and putting him on your hand while keeping him in his cage and if he jumps off let him so he knows your not gonna hurt him then you can start to take him out of the cage and if he freaks out put him back and soon he will love you
