The picture of your leo Nostromo, in the picture she's sitting on a rock type thing, I've seen it used as moist hides for geckos, where did you find it? I really want to get one for my leo but don't know where to go, or even what it's called..
All of your babies are adorable! Your kitty is beautiful, I've never seen one like that.

Thank you! I may be wrong...but I THINK her pattern is called 'tortishell' or something like that....and thank you, I take good care of my darlings and they're all SPOILED and they know it.
ok I got my moist hide at a petstore, but not petco or petsmart. If its specifically called something I dont know what, but I'm pretty sure I bought it at a smaller petstore.

HOWEVER

I have a MAJOR complaint about this product. For a while the only heat source I had for my leos was a heatlamp. Yes I know thats not the best but it was a temporary thing until I got a heatpad. ANYWAY. I had it kinda under the lamp, and the lid of the hide got pleasantly warm, hence Nossie caught by me basking, and for a while I LOVED this thing. I had it for a while....but I clean my reptiles things regularly, once a month maybe more often. I started noticing a crack....on the bottom. It wasn't on the inside where my leos would be so I wasnt too concerned. Then, everytime I cleaned it the cracks got worse, to the point of audibly and quickly cracking more and more. The bottom is hollow, so its not that heavy.
I don't know why it did that, maybe going from hot air to less hot water made it crack, Im not sure.
But before then, I LOVED IT and my leos loved it! So maybe I just abused it....but hey what can ya do.

That's a Zoomed ReptiShelter. ExoTerra also makes a similar, but IMO more realistic looking, hide called the Snake Cave. I *love* these for leopard gecko moist hides. They make different sizes, and my super giant leo uses the largest size comfortably.

Yay thank you both so much! I can't find it anywhere by me, now I can order it and find it online with a company name!!! Right now I'm using a diy plastic container with a hole cut out for her moist hide, but she's so big with a huge fat tail she looks so uncomfortable in them(I've tried several different sizes). When I saw that I knew it'd be perfect for her. Thank you thank you so much, Lulu thanks you too!
