Multi Vitamins - How much and how often?

Ok I know this has probably been asked before but please bare with me. I got Exo terra Multi Vitamins and I was wondering how much and how often? I have Draco whos 1yr 1 mth old and a gecko (Echo - Not sure of this name yet :roll: ) who's 2 mths old. Please help cause the instructions are not exactly helpful.

I dust with multivitamin 2 times a week and calcium 3 times a week. You want to dust the calcium with vitamin because the vitamin has phosphorous it and the insect and green also has phosphorous it them, too, so you wanna balance it out by dusting the food with calcium...plus one extra day with just calcium alone for this reason. Plus the vitamin D3 in the multivitamins helps your dragons absorb the calcium better. Hope this helps!
