Move hide?

I was cleaning his viv and i was moving around some things. I moved his rocks to the middle and he started scratching against them. I didnt wanna bother him so i then put his hide on the cool side, it was in the middle originally. Then he finally used it for the first time! So i was wondering if it is okay to move around some things in his viv even though i know a change in environment can cause stress.

It's ok to move or add things around occasionally, just not too often. Duke liked when I added a hammock to his habitat.

Ya i saw the hammock and it looked cool, but when i asked my mom she said hammock or vet. So obviously i chose vet. Ima get the hammock next time i get allowance or bro gets paycheck.
