Mites

Hello, I believe my bearded dragon has mites. I was doing some reading regarding mites and I believe I have to disinfect his enclosure completely and change his substrate to newspaper. Also use some kind of medication and spray him with it for a couple of days? I've never had this problem if anyone could please help me out I'd appreciate it.

If you are talking about the 5 bumps in a row across his vent area, those are femoral pores. Completely normal.

Ohhhh I had never seen that on any of my dragons and I guess I freaked out a little bit.

What are they for?

The femoral pores emit pheromones to attract mates/mark territory. Many lizards have them. They sometimes get clogged up with a waxy substance, but other than that they are just there.
