My dragon (had her since March) seems to have mites (red). No clue as to where they came from but I got to get rid of them fast (have no other pets but the dragon). I just discovered little red spots here and there on my dragon and they seem to be wedged under/between the scales. I picked a couple off and when I squished them they had blood in them. Not the thing I wanted to see.
Recently I added some bamboo twigs with dried leaves (washed them before putting them into the terr) otherwise nothing else changed... or could the crickets carry them too?
I bought some Natural Chemistry Reptile Relief and wanted to see if anyone has tried this product. Of course I'll disinfect the living hell out of my terrarium but want to make sure that this stuff is ok to use.
Active Ingredients
dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate 2.1%
undecylenic acid 0.5%
Other Ingredients: 97.4%
Otherwise she seems healthy and is just a good girl to have around.
Appreciate any input.
Thanks so much.
