Mischief in the Greens

Not sure if this is typical behavior but Pogi did something funny today. I put his greens in his tank n noticed a little while later that some were scattered about. I was glad to see he was investigating his greens. I picked up the pieces that were scattered so I could continue to know when he was at his greens. We did this at least 4 times today.., he spreads some around I pick up the tossed greens and he does it again.

I hope he is eating and not just swimming in his dish. I wonder too if he thinks I'm putting something else in his dish like feeders so he is running over to check it out.

It is funny and I'm glad he is active.

 

[Heisenberg]

Heisenberg does the same thing. I'll put 3 or 4 different greens in his bowl he searches for the arugula and everything else gets tossed out of the bowl. You can try to put some worms under the greens so it moves and gets his attention.
Heisenberg loves his blankie and snuggie you made, it came out really nice. I meant to post a review but hadn't the chance, we had some excitment our power eas out for 3 days and Heisenberg got out and was outside overnight in 34 degree weather. We ddidn't think we would ever see him again. Come check out Heisenberg's thread and say hi. Its called Heisenberg the dragon it's in beardie tales a lot of it is pretty funny. OMG!!! He survived being outside in those temps?! AMAZING. You must have been so worried... I can't even imagine. How did he get out n how were you able to find him? I will visit your post! He sounds like quite a character.

I am so glad you like the blankie and cuddle sack. I hope it works out for you when you go on your visit. Keep me updated on how it goes.

Good idea on worms! I think he must mistake te carrots n yellow squash as worms. Will post pix of Pogi soon.

[Heisenberg]

It's all on his thread but basically it was my fault he got out, our female dog Jack (thats explained in my thread too) found him and my husband saved Heisenberg's life, he was nearly dead when we found him. I can't believe he lived through it myself.
