Minor bleeding when shedding???

Hi Loouee is about 13 weeks old (per the pet store.... I know, I know!) I think maybe a bit younger.... He'S about 9 inches. This is the second time in the month and a half that I've had him that he is starting the shedding round... This time has been different. SUPER cranky while his head was shedding until I popped his Nasal shed out... no, I didn't pull, he kept hitting his nose on my hand and as soon as I rubbed them out he shoved his nose in between my fingers and passed out... Hasn't wanted to be away from me since. To the point cause I could talk about him all day... His chest and forearms started shedding this morning. When I went to grab him for lunch hour cuddle time and a bath I noticed a small patch of blood on his chest. It is blood, not wet, appears to be under his new scales. Has anyone heard of this???? Possibly due to rubbing or itching? Last shed there was a bit on the underside of his tail that was gone in a couple days.

Oh and yes! He is super pissed... he doesnt like to be held this way!
