Middle toe

After giving my beardie his bath I was drying him off and noticed his middle toe (third one) looked different. When I tried to touch it he would pull his arm away and shake it. I am worried that something could be wrong, unless he hurt it and it will heal? Any

suggestions??

It's possible that it got caught on something and twisted a bit. It looks to me like it's just getting ready to shed though. Keep an eye out for swelling or signs of a wound, but it doesn't look like anything to worry about at the moment.
