Mercury Vapor Bulb

I am (hopefully :shock: ) getting a Bearded Dragon soon and in the midst of my research. I was thinking about getting a Sunforce Mercury Vapor Bulb 100 Watts for my Bearded Dragon. I was wondering if this was ALL the heating and lighting he would need. Would this be enough heat, UV, and light for my BD? I have one MVB light in my 4x2x2 viv. I put it on the right side of the tank and then for additional light I added a strip florescent. They really need it to be bright. So you would put the MVB on one side and then the other side needs to be the cool side.
