Megaray / ReptileUV out of business?

I placed an order with them on the 2nd and after a week I tried contacting them about never getting a notice of shipment. So I started to email and call them. Emails never get responded too...and phone calls to the manager and Bob's personal phone just go to voicemail, which their boxes are full and cant leave a message.


Anyone have any new about them?

Hello,
I have not heard anything about them going out of business, though many people have had complaints about their customer service. Apparently not responding to emails, phone calls, or calling back those who are actually able to leave a voicemail is a common MO for them. Returning faulty bulbs can also be a real hassle when they go through phases like this.
I do know that they get overloaded with orders, so it may just be taking them longer to respond to all inquiries and sales. If you're committed to this company, hang in there. I'm sure they'll get around to contacting you. Hopefully it will be sooner than later.
