well first i had email 3 times with no response...finally i was so fed up i had called to be told that it hadnt shipped because they had a defect...but if there is a 12 day-old pending order for a part, you might think to call and say it is going to be another 2 weeks after the 12 days. That is just horrible customer service.

hi. i've had the same thing happen recently. it was very difficult getting a hold of someone at mac industries, but when i did they were very helpful and said to simply send the bulb back with the receipt and a note for a replacement. i was told they had a bad shipment and were currently dealing with a flood of returns. i agree with whoever said it though, they're dont have the best customer service.
