Meet what's-his-name!

Hello everyone!

I'm totally new to repiles and beardies. Always liked them, always wanted a Ball Python - but my wife freaked out everytime I would mention it.

So, at a company picnic this year there were all kinds of activities and one booth that was set up was turtles and reptiles. Well, this guy was holding a Beardie and WOW! I was hooked!

So I did a bunch of research and two days ago I purchased my first Beardie. I haven't even named him/her yet! It looks to be female, but at this age I read that they all look like females - so I'm perplexed about the name.

He is a cricket-eating beast!

Anyway, I just love it and I'm glad to be a part of this site.

What a little cutie! I love the rusty tones. As far as names go, I'd suggest a unisex name that would work either way. Either way, I'm sure one will come to you... keep us posted!
