Went to a reptile show today and ended up coming home with an early birthday gift for my almost 7 year old daughter. Her name is Sunshine, a 2 year old hypo trans leatherback.

What would you call her coloration? fire red? sandfire red? tangerine?

Let me know what you think so I can put the right color in her records

It looks like it could be a tangerine to me.

I just heard back from the breeder and Sunshine's parents were:

Father: Trans. Leatherback Prob. Het. Hypo.
Mother: Double Het. Leatherback/Cawley Red/Red Hypo. Red/OGG x Red Hypo. Red/OGG/Red Red Yellow/Belgium Blood

He said he would call her color a sandfire red with some Cawley red
