Hi everyone. New to the forum and relatively new to owning a bearded dragon (about 8 months now) and this is my first winter so came to seek some knowledge and advice and have general chat with other owners as i am the only person i know with one

Thanks. He was running around with the mrs while i was cleaning the tank out before that pic was taken. He seems alert and happy out of the tank and when hes in the tank he slows down a bit and usually find him burrowed in the sand. He seems to show signs of being in brumation but not fully yet so keeping an eye on him

Some of them only slow down rather than going into an all out brumation. Just keep an eye on him like you said and monitor his weight.

I've had a Box Turtle for 5 years
4 fire bellied toads for about 3 years
An anode for about 2 years
Both Leopard geckos and golden gecko for a year and a half
My male bearded dragon (was a rescue) since summer (He is six)
My Female bearded dragon who is 3 since early summer/late spring
