Meet sideways Zeek

No idea why my images are all coming in horizontal, but oh well. This is Zeek (originally ZZ). He's actually an angel, but he decided to go with an angry face selfie to establish dominance early on the forums. I've had him for a little over a year. He's a rescue, and was suffering from Metabolic Bone Disease when he came into my life. Now he's back to a healthy state, with only a warped tail to remember his owner from hell days. I finally decided to get active on the forums after countless hours of research on breeding my Dubias, and being directed to these forums several times more than any others. So I'm guessing this is the place to be?

Welcome! That's a good puffy beard photo. Very intimidating =). The sideways photos may be from the orientation of the phone when you take the picture. I know there is (or was) some kind of wonky hiccup with iPhones that would cause the photos to be displayed in the wrong orientation in some programs. I'm so glad to see how much better he's doing and hear that he has recovered from MBD. I love a good rescue story!

I tried numerous things to get a vertical photo up, but no dice. I tried saving the image on its side, hoping it will rotate it right side up. I even emailed the photo to myself, and uploaded it from my tablet. I'm over it, he can live on his side.
