MBD in young dragons?

I have adopted a 4 month old beardie that had MBD. I have nursed him back to health and he is even using his back legs again, still stiff but is mobile and no more seizures or spasms. However, his growth seems stunted. He does not seem as big as he should. He is still only 8 inches and slightly slim. He eats well, combination of both crickets and veggies, and supplemental organic baby food. However, I am curious if he will always be a smaller beardie due to MBD. I am experienced, but this is my first beardie adopted with MBD and although the rehabilitation seems to be going well with proper diet, supplements, and lighting, I am still concerned. Thanks for any advice!!

I also adopted a baby with MBD. He is way small for his age- 6 months, 13" and 135g. My other baby is 5 months, 18 1/2", 364g. I've had the little guy for 3 months and he has only really started growing in the last month. I am pretty sure he won't grow to what he should have been. I don't know if thats true for all, maybe depends on the extent of the MBD.
