Maybe fungal?

My 1 yr old beardie has a 1 inch approx. area by his hind leg/side of body that looks white and powdery?
He gets bathed (to drink) every 2-3 days and I dry him off and put him back into basking right away.
I dabbed it with a diluted iodine wash yesterday. Temps are 85 on warm side and good UV.
Should I just keep dabbing it with the wash? Thanks, Barb

A picture would be helpful!
How long has there been the white spot there? Are you sure that it is not a little area that is going to shed perhaps?
If you feel that it could be fungal, you could be proactive with the area & start using some lamisil cream on it daily, to see if that helps with it.

Thank you for the reply. It's only been about a week, don't think it's a shed. I will buy some lamisil cream, thanks.
