Making my own Gutload Roach drink

I have bought 8 ounces of crystalized water to keep my roaches hydrated. Well I was wondering If i mix some of my beardies reptocal and multivitamin into the crystalized water would that double as a good Liquid gutload? Because buying the gutload jars of crystalized water cost like 10$ for a jar that could take me 50cents to make.

What are your ideas on this?

You are better off just using plain water and dusting the supplements on the live feeders. I tried mixing some in with my crystals before and everything went bad in just a few days plus there is evidence that too much calcium is bad for the bugs.
If you want to gut load the feeders, just make sure they have a good food source and feed them fresh fruit/veggies when you can. If you know anyone with a garden, see if you can get extra veggies from them, my roaches are loving zucchini and apples right now.
