Make-shift home?

So for those of you who have had a beardie and not had a Viv available straight away or have travelled with your BD do you have any advice on how you make a make shift viv for your beardie? I'm currently back at my mums house and have already been a week without my BD and missing him very much, and have to wait another week until I can get him and the Viv here, but I was thinking if I could get a large plastic storage tub and fit his lights if this would be ok just until I can get the Viv here, if not obviously I wouldn't want to risk his health or hapiness, but I think he's missing his mummy a lot too. Any idea's or advice would be lovely as I need to make the decision or weather to bring him here or not by tomorrow. Thanks

Im not sure, I think it would cause unnecessary stress moving homes, I know people do take them travelling but its not half as warm here to take them out and get the right temps

Yeah that is true, he's going to be moving house let alone tank, i suppose you're right. I just miss him so much
