Make greens fresh

I've passed up a lot of collard bundles because the leaves are so limp. But tonight, I had no choice but to get some wilted collards. I re-cut the dried stem ends (leaves were off the main stem) and stuck them in water with a bag over the top to keep moisture in. In about two hours, the leaves turned completely crunchy!!!!! Like fresh cut!!!!!! (Okay, the iguana gets first dibs, but Invictus benefits, too!) :wink:

You can also ask the grocery stores to order it for you, but you have to buy them if they did.
