Mad the past week?

For the past week or so illidan has been pretty pissed when I enter the tank. He was not like this before and it just changed over night. He is not blackbearding however. When I put my hand in he immediately opens his mouth and starts to follow my hand. Sometimes he won't do anything and will just be his normal self, most times he will be pissed. When I put his turnip greens in last night sometimes I will hold some up to get his attention, he just bolted towards it and got my finger with it( did not break skin).
What is up with him?

Well he has been shedding very slowly this month and he is 1 year old and male.
