lower eye lids drooping

my 7 month old male, Twister, has drooping lower eye lid's, should I be concerned ? What could I do to correct ?

he has a MVB, basking temps are 110*- 113*, cool end 85*, tile substrant, bathed every other day, eats (alot) dubia, crix, supers, greens offered every day. He is 18" & weighs 281 grams. Calcium(w-o/D3) 1 feeding 6 times a week, vitamins 1 feeding 1 time a week
