low bug dish/eyesight issue

Hi all - I am currently using dog dishes for super worms for my adult dragons. I sometimes think my one dragon has eye sight issues as he'll frequently go for a worm and completely miss -(almost like he has a depth perception problem) sometimes 5 times in a row and then sometimes stops trying to eat. Does anyone know where I can get a bowl with lower sides but not so low that the supers can climb out. I'm hoping that a lower bowl may help him. His current bowl sides are maybe 1.5-2 inches high.

What do you all use for super dishes?

I use these, they're still pretty low but having that top on them keeps the supers from being able to escape:

I just use a ceramic cereal bowl. It held the dubia roaches in, so I would assume that it would hold the supers in...
