Loud Noises?

My beardie is staying at my parents' house for a couple of weeks and my brother is in a band. He's always on his drums, and he's having the whole band over tomorrow. He refuses to reschedule, andd I'm not able to be arounnd or take the beardie anywhere else.

I'm assuming this will stress him out loads, but is there anything I can do?

I realize every beardie is different so that may be tough to call...

I would have him in a different room if possible, but as far as the *sound* I would not be too worried. If you are you can cover the viv with a blanket to muffle the sounds.

Our music gets a little, um, loud at times and we never see a problem with our little guy Also, when we do watch TV it can get loud as well...he is in the living room where the speakers are and I have never noticed any change.

I would not have them all parade in front of him at once if he is not use to a lot of strangers, however, that would stress him more :roll:

He is in a different room on his own, so he wont see anyone. I only just got him, so I'm worrying about everything lol. I hope I can move into my new flat soon. The only reason I'm moving is so I could get another beardie!

I know that feeling!

I got my beardies because my daughters have been asking for them for a year. They are now 8 and 11.

I did the responsible father thing and said that if they save up £100 towards them and the viv set up to show me that they are committed to having them, I would get them some.

Now I spend an hour in the morning sorting them out. Half the day at work reading up about their feeding, their behaviour, their care, their potential illnesses, their environment, etc. Then I get home and spend another hour sorting them out.

Then my girls get to bath them and hold them!

I really am a beardie slave!
