loss of pigmentation, turning white on snout ?

So I aint been on here in a while but one of my good friends has a beardie that is losing pigmentation around his snout , when she first told me I thought it was just a shedding but then she sebt me pictures and it dosent look like its lifting likebshed would so I was wondering if beardies lose pigment andnif its a sign for something worse .

Is your friends beardie maybe rubbing his nose against something in the enclosure? Does it look swollen?
