Looks painful

I have mixed feelings about this picture. While I am sooooo glad that she is finally shedding and eating again.
This looks super painful. Her whole belly shed today, and now she is working on her back. Do your beardies go on a hunger strike right before shed, or during shed? Saphira does a pre shed hunger strike and then once she starts the actual shedding/flaking process, she starts eating on her own again. She has put me through an emotional roller coaster this week!

Poor girl! The appetites of many beardies are affected by shedding. Just make sure she stays hydrated.

Baths tend to help with the shedding process, I try to give my dragon a bath daily but sometimes I miss a day here and there.
