Looking for the ideal set up...

I have a Exo Terra Glass. It's a large one...36"Lx18"Wx24"H

My little beardie is living in a temp 30gallon for now but...

I'm wondering what the ideal lighting and heat setup will be for the Exo Terra...They have some pretty nice hoods that are made for it but I'm not sure if they are good. I'd like the setup to be visually neat and clean as my guy lives at the office with me.

Any one have this tank and have ideas for ideal light and heat setup?

Hi,
if you are looking into the ExoTerra canopies, there is really just the Dualtop that would work for you. Even though they are amazing, they are not cheap. Nevertheless they give you 2 tubes and 2 halogen spot lights. If you would maybe add a che it might do the trick.

I was planning on going this route, but then had a look at http://www.reptileuv.com which changed my idea of lighting all together. Since my tank is not yet ready I can not tell you how well it works, but I like the idea of using a MVB together with a halogen flood and a fullspectrum tube actually uch better. Unfortunately this will mean a lot of fixtures on top of your enclosure.

The PT2614 you are using is a really nice tank and I use it for my leopard geckos, I just wish they would make a bigger size ...
