looking for rescue to save opie

I'm looking for a rescue in northern Utah to save my opie. For about a month I was using the wrong uvb and now that I have the right one (MVB) he doesnt look to be getting any better He still won't eat or anything he just sits there and is super skinny. I don't want him to pass away and obviously I can't provide for him anymore' . It sucks to be doing this but I want him to live a full life.

you can try baby food and get him to lick it off his nose. I am checking to see if anyone in your area can help you out.

I've been doing that all he still acts the same, still losing weight and not moving.

He is doing better and with a rescue now.
