Locust and Calciworms as staple diet?

Hi, i have been feeding my 5 month old bearded dragon locust everyday and been giving him mealworms occasionally as a treat and was just wondering if i could feed him a mixture of locust and calci worms each day? As this would be a lot cheaper and he prefers worms to locust. Thanks ?

Yes, excellent choices....calciworms are far better than mealworms. Be sure to offer veggies too, like rocket and other greens that you can get as well as squash.

about 30-40 would be great, and you don't need to feed them to the dragon every meal, once a day is good enough to get rid of powder dusting.
