lobster and Turkistan roaches

Just wondering what the difference is between them? and if one is better then the other?

looking to get some roaches as rex absolutly loves them!

lobsters breed fast and can CLIMB ALMOST ANYTHING.
turks breed almost as fast and are a fast roach. your dragon will have to work for his dinner a bit. ( not a bad thing )
I have found the turk easier to contain
