Live worm in Poo!!!!!

After feeding one of my girls about 20 PW's I put her back in her viv and she pooed almost immediately. In her poo there was a live PW. Has this this happended to anyone before? The PW's are wet because I put them in water to get the substrate off and also to make sure she gets some water. Should I be concerned? She has been eating them for about a month now and this is the first time this has happended.

WOW! Thats crazy. Are you sure she didnt just poop on a worm? Because the acid in their stomachs is very corosive.

No, this has happened to other posters before.. anyone remember what they did to keep this from happening?

No, I am sure she did not poo on a worm because I feed her outside her viv. I am just hoping that it happended because she went almost immediately after eating. I am going to feed her one at a time next time to make sure she is chewing. She does eat them pretty fast.
