So I'm pretty sure Porkchop is going into brumation! Or has been in brumation? He's been sleeping most of the day and eating very little since late August, so based on my research, I'm guessing that's what it is. He's also sleeping UNDER his basking spot furniture instead of the hide on the cool side of the tank, but I think that's just him being weird.
Anyway, he still wakes up in the morning when his lights come on and will usually eat a few bites of greens, and he will eat a few Reptiworms if I leave them there long enough. At this point, his Reptiworms are pretty much dead and I will have to buy new ones, but I don't want to if they'll just end up going to waste. What do I do about feeding him live food during his brumation period? Anything I buy will likely mostly go to waste since he's not very interested in eating anything. Do I stop even offering live food until he's back to his normal sleeping schedule? I know this is a normal part of a dragon's cycle, but I just want to make sure he's getting enough of what he needs from me in the meantime.
