Lighting Question

I am in the process of Upgrading my dragons cage and light since i just recieved my birthday money from my family. I have a 125 gallon tank which i was planning on splitting down the middle so i can house another in it as well. My question is if i get 2 MVBs one from each basking area would this allow for a cool area in the center on the tank? Or would the Whole tank be too hot and not offer the temp grad that the beardies need? If this will work could someone suggest the wattage of the bulbs i should use to heat each basking area. Any Help is much appreciated.
