Lighting question

I'm looking for some info on lighting. I have a 40 gallon tank. I'm currently using a 100w basking bulb, and also a UVAB bulb too. My basking bulb doesn't seem to be getting the temp hot enough. I switched to a 150w bulb, and that was getting it too hot, so idk what to do. The last couple of days my poor Ash has been pretty inactive (I think due to the low temps). Does anyone have some advice to help me get the Temps better for her? Here is a pic of my setup and lights. Thanks

Is one of those bulbs a MVB? How are you getting the surface basking temps? They should be taken w/ a digital probe thermometer especially on hammocks -- 95-100-- you only need one good basking bulb like the 150 your using and one good UVB-- a long tube fixture is best like a Zoo Med 24" for a 40 gallon tank or a Arcadia 24 watt Pro T 5 w/ a 12% bulb --- please get a accurate surface temp thats going to tell you what wattage bulb to go w/ -- is he basking at all? If you need links for those UVB's I can post some for you

Links would be awesome. I'm using a 100w basking and the other dome is a UVAB bulb. I was wondering about the tube light for the uvab for sure. I'm using a digital thermometer and the basking area isn't hot enough. When I was using the 150w bulb it seemed too hot and my bearded had her mouth open a lot which I read was because she was too hot. I never had issue in the past, but I had to get a new bulb and this 100w doesn't seem to be doing the trick anymore

She was gaping meaning she was adjusting her body temp which is good --- what was / is the temp on her spot where she basks? I dont know what a UVAB bulb is? here are what you need for a UVB fixture - try Pet Smart if you have one in your town for this one

or this one you want a 24" Zoo Med it comes w/ a 5.0 bulb but you need the 22" Reptisun 10.0 T 5 for your tank -- Zoo Med ReptiSun T5 HO Hood and this bulb 22" Zoo Med ReptiSun 10.0 UVB T5 HO
It looks like your screen is a wide hole type so the UVB can sit on top of the screen w/ your basking decor directly underneath it 8-10 inches
