Lighting help

Ok so I'm building and 4x2x2 enclosure out of melamine and was wondering what lights and fixtures I need exactly, I want to make sure it's done right. My friend gave me a 60 watt ceramic heat emitter is that strong enough? Also he gave me zoo med repti basking spot lamp 100 watt bulb, are they good for the basking spot? For that size enclose would. 24 inch long uvb be good? All help much appreciated

The basking spot wattage is something you'll need to play around with because it depends on temperature gradients. The 100w ZooMed is a good place to start. If you can't adjust the hight of the basking light, you could try putting it on a lamp dimmer or hooking up a dimmer thermostat and see if that helps.

For UVB, I'd definitely go with the 22'' T5. These are good options:

Just mount it on the basking side of the tank.
