Lighting Fixture question?

Could I get just a basic light fixture for a reptisun 10.0 bulb? I'm building an enclosure and have an 18 inch bulb one in my 40 gallon tank, but i just spent 80+ dollars on the fixture and bulb from drfosterandsmith because i had to order it and have it shipped 2 day air so i really dont want to spend another 30 on a fixture and bulb and pay another 62 dollars for that when i can get the reptisun bulb on amazon cheap with not as much shipping if i can just pick up a cheap fixture at Lowes, I heard that they can absorb the uvb, i was just wondering if that was true. i was going to get another 18 inch bulb and have both in my enclosure thats 4 ft long, 2 ft high, i'm going to have fake rock stairs made of foam leading to the second floor which will be where his basking and uvb bulbs will be and on the bottom will just be his hiding/sleeping area but im going to also have a heating bulb down there also. the 2nd floor will be 8 inches from the uvb and basking light if that would be ok? the walls are going to be covered in fake rock so itll be well insulated i dont have to worry about it getting cold in there. I got my 36 inch fixture from lowes, it is fine, make sure it is for a t8 bulb tho and not a t5 and it will be perfect.
