Okay, so I found this link:
http://www.electricity-usage.com/Electricity-Usage-Calculator.aspx?Device=&Watts=150&CostPerKWH=0.117&HoursPerDay=12
The peak kw/h cost is 11.7 cents (my wife made the mistake of putting it in the calculator 11.7 not 0.117)
so just averaging the 3 bulbs I will probably have, the reptisun is 18 watts, the heat lamp could be 50-100, if I put another day bulb like a regular 30-40 watt bulb. I don't think I will need a CHE tbh, but say I do and I get a 50w lets max me at 200w all bulbs combined, with leigh way included.
I come to 7.86 a month.
I did the calculating assuming I'm running at 100% peak hours, which I know I'm not but just to round up and not do 3 different calculations.
I know some people say their stuff runs them high, so either different states/provinces/countries may have worse electricity kw/h or a second theory would be for places that are hot all year round, that run a/c all year round (phoenix/cali/etc) you might see an increase as you might heat your living space with the tank and then in essense your a/c may run more often. That last bit was just a theory
